Full-time Customer Service Representative


• You will provide a complete service to our customers all over the world.
• You are the link between the customers, the warehouse and the transport companies.
• You inform the customers about the lead time of their requests and orders.
• You make quotations and process orders: you enter them into the computer, you invoice them, you organize transport.
• After internal training, you are able to handle technical questions and complaints (e.g. questions about installation and maintenance of the wallcovering as well as calculation of required quantities based on wall measurements).


• You need a work mentality with the motto “customer is always right”: flexibility and a commercial attitude are therefore a necessity.
• You have no problem to talk to customers with very different profiles: architects, wholesalers, shopkeepers, painters, private individuals.
• You will also seamlessly switch between client portfolios to replace colleagues.
• You can work well in a team as well as independently.
• You are able to take initiatives and have a problem-solving mindset.
• An excellent knowledge of English and, either German or French, both spoken and written is a must.
• You are fast, efficient and stress resistant.
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office is required.
• Several years of experience in a similar job is an advantage.
