Revealing our Feathers
During Paris Déco Off, Omexco presented a unique window installation to celebrate 50 years of Belgian craftsmanship. In collaboration with Margaux Baert, a three-dimensional peacock was created entirely from Omexco wallcoverings.

The installation highlights the versatility of wallcovering materials, bringing together texture, depth and craftsmanship in a sculptural form. Each feather was carefully composed using different wallcoverings and raw materials, reflecting the richness and diversity of Omexco’s collections. Positioned in the window, the peacock became a visual statement during Paris Déco Off, drawing attention to the tactile and artistic qualities of wallcoverings.
the pattern of our feathers
The peacock has long been part of Omexco’s identity. Each feather reflects the diversity of our materials, the precision of our craftsmanship and the collaborative spirit that defines our work. It represents beauty, renewal and pride, values that align closely with the brand’s approach to design and craftsmanship.
